They need new doctors and nurses. Every time I come in or one of my family members go in they are completely rude and unprofessional. They sit around and talk half the time and don’t even check on their patients. I would not recommend going to this location. They will not help you!

My daughter went there Nurse very rude and mean. Daughter was getting IV she's says it hurts Nurse said its not needle it's plastic in a very rude way.. she lives in shelbyville but NEVER GOING BACK TO VANDERBELT IN SHELBYVILLE. TULLAHOMA vanderbelt .. they put In moved it around now her vain has bulge at site. Daughter was crying one nurse rolled her eyes. Rude ryde
