I usually don’t write a review but I had to on this one. I am 70 years old and have grown up through times when there wasn’t a dentist. Needless to say I don’t have many teeth left. I came to dr Park because I could no longer enjoy a good meal. Dr Park fitted me with a partial. Bingo! I could chew again. Well then I lost a crown. Again, Dr Park to the rescue. He pulled a tooth that was not the easiest to get out. Never felt a thing. Redid my partials and I am Again enjoying my meals. Sorry so long a memo but Dr Park did an amazing job and I just wanted to thank him.

My daughter has been a patient at this office for almost 2 years. She had an appointment scheduled for this morning at 8:30 am. We live out of town and were headed to her appointment. It is raining really hard and there is a tornado warning/watch going on as we were heading to her appointment as well as I car accident that was being cleared from the roadway. I called the office to let them know that we would be late before her appointment time. I was told we would have a 15 minute grace period but I informed the staff person that I could be there in 24 minutes as my GPS indicated. I was told no she would not be able to seen if not there within the 15 minutes grace period. I do not live in Monroe and was coming from Athens. That was very inconsiderate due to the weather that I could not control and a car accident as well. I have decided to take my daughter's dental care to another facility. I work in the medical field as an administrator so I understand about the 15 grace period but 8 minutes would not have made me lose a patient completely. I can now understand why they are rated at 3.1.

The wait is extremely too long. What’s the point of making an appointment if you won’t be seen at that time? We’ve been waiting over an hour now OUTSIDE. It’s not even that many people here.
