Went to take my daughter to get her shots for school. The lady at the front desk is very nice but I can't say the same for the nurse. My daughter had an appointment that should have been in and out but took 2 hours because the nurse wanted to argue about weather or not my daughter could get the ones she needed based off of insurance after she was told multiple times she could. She is also not easy with children. She was constantly says "shots" and telling my daughter she was going to get shots ( most nurses know this can make children nervous and upset them, which is why my daughter was crying even before she got them) She did not try to be gentle with my daughter at all. She pretty much just jabbed it in her arm. My daughter was Instantly complaining about her arm hurting and 10 hrs later she is still complaining about how bad her arm hurts and she can barely move it. The lady also didn't seem to have anything in order based off of what my daughter needed or what they could or could not give her. If you need anything for the kiddos at least I highly recommend just going to the Jefferson office they are soooo much better with children! If I could give no stars I would.
