My car was in your shop for a year. Not once did I ever get communication from you that I didn’t initiate. You even replaced engine and the check engine light is still on! If you can’t fix the problem replace the car! Stand behind your product!! Oh and sales manager, thanks for never calling me back as promised about the items accidentally left in the loner car. No commitment to the customer what so ever. Sale you a car and then it’s your problem. Avoid this place !

Took a truck to get fixed 1 week ago an they said everyday they was working on it I’d go by truck hasn’t been moved so there for Tyler there service department person is nothing but a lier so finally I had enough of it an gonna take it to Jefferson ford to get it fixed by a real mechanic shop but just wanted everyone to know don’t take your car or truck there they play around in the shop more than they work an lie more than a lawyer!!!
