I took my granddaughter in with a bad cough & earache. We saw the Dr. for 2 minutes max. He looked in her ears and said infection and he'd send in eardrops to numb them and an antibiotic. He started out of the room. When I asked about her cough he said he'd take care of it. At the pharmacy we received the antibiotic, allergy medication and a steroid. No ear drops. When I called back he called in an eye drop.When I called to speak with the practice manager she doesn't answer her phone.

I went here after being bitten by a dog. The front window is covered with notices and whatnot, which I had time to read some because the receptionist was talking with a coworker. But there were so many, I didn't get to the one that was actually relevant to my situation. When she finally acknowledged me standing there, she only turned around to give me the check in paperwork. I filled out the several pages, only to then be told they don't do animal bites and pointed to one among many of those notices plastered everywhere. Was very annoyed that the less than 1 minute of conversation didn't happen before I had wasted the time to fill out all that sensitive information. Piedmont in Jefferson was far and away a better experience. The office is cleaner. It was much less crowded. The staff was friendly and engaged. I 100% recommend them over this place.

I give this sick excuse of a business 1 star and they don't even deserve that. This place is a joke!! The receptionist that got that forgot to comb her hair before she came to work is rude as hell. I have never came in there and was treated so poorly until I took my 3 year old there this morning to be seen. They took everybody that came in after me and my son to the back while we were still sitting in the waiting area. CLOSE THIS OFFICE

This is was my first visit today ! I am very pleased with all of the staff !! Josh is so nice and professional ! I’m glad I found this place !
