The experience was pleasant at the beginning of the membership. However the appointments for a facial are always a month out. Which was ok because I only go once a month but when they also mess up your appointments that is not ok. I made an appointment for Thursday 04/28 they scheduled me on 04/27 when I didn’t show up on Wednesday they called and said they would have to charge me half the session because “I didn’t show up”. I tried to explain to them it was not a mistake on my end as a would have not scheduled it for a Wednesday as I take my child to soccer practice on Wednesdays. At the end of the day they couldn’t do anything per their company policy. A week later I cancelled my membership and I was charged for the full session “that was missed”. I explained to them again it wasn’t my fault that they scheduled me on the wrong date and even when they called I was told it would be half but now I’m being charged a full session. They couldn’t do anything as I was told the wrong information. The staff don’t communicate with one another and it doesn’t matter who you spoke with prior they don’t honor what you were previously told. They over charge and expect you to just be ok with it. Wouldn’t go back ever again. Bad customer service.
