Yes. The phone is answered. However, this location is the only Salvation Army that handles emergency cases for all of Gwinnett County. There are hundreds of calls coming in each day to this phone line, which results in many call rolling over to the voice message. My suggestion is to keep trying to call in because we don't make walk-in appointments.

They really dont help, they offer clothing and food. If you need help with rent etc. No they don't. They give you a number to call to set up a appointment, but never answer the phone. Waste of time , better get help somwhere else.

That want a state issued id, but you will also need proof of income. Two pay stubs or most recent tax return. I had neither so they turned me away.

I read nothing but bad jreviews...Hire someone to answer the phones or start a volunteer tree...you apply for and receive grants and get cash donations...you can surely do a better job...you are a disservice to the pole you swore
