I haven't even got a appointment with this clinic. My doctor sent a referral a month ago and I still haven't heard anything yet. I don't think I will go to this clinic if I ever get a appointment. I'm looking for another one. I've tried calling this place and no one answers. It's always leave a message. I'm tired of leaving a message. Has anyone else had this problem.

They are always nice and good to me. I would get them five stars but I always think there is ways to improve.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would! The owner is completely out of line, unprofessional, and disrespectful! While trying to answer his questions that he was asking me about what Dr I had seen in 2015! He started twisting around what I was saying, Even though he had the record of who it was! I can't help that I can't remember that far back with all my medical conditions! So he told me I was a liar and when I said I couldn't understand him, he told me "If you can't understand me, then you need get out of my office!" I'm emotional so that made me start crying, because I was there to get help, not to be yelled at for not being able to understand someone that can't speak proper English he then keeps standing there belittling me, and said if I kept crying he was kicking me out! Then just turned and walked out. I'll be filling a complaint and advise anyone else who has been treated so poorly and discriminated against to file one as well.

Questions & Answers

My pain clinic has sold twice and I believe they will close. Can I transfer to this pain clinic and will they continue the meds I am on or is it a problem for them? Also do they give back injections.

Jojo Morris, you might need to go to their office in person and sign a consent or a release form, to allow them to fax these or go in person & request a copy of your records in person and carry them personally to your doctor yourself. You might be charged a fee if you pick them up yourself. Some places charge & some don't. These are your records not anyone else's I'm not sure if this will work or if this is their protocol, but it's a try. Keep trying!
