Update: I moved into the other building. Last time it was just ants, this time its ants, roaches and spiders. Their rent keeps going up but the no improvements are being made so not sure why rent is going up. They randomly test the fire alarm with no notice or warning what so ever, I work from home so its nice when im on a call and the fire alarm goes on and off and on and off and I wasn't informed that it would be happening. Update: 07/2/2022, there’s been a huge trash barrel of moldy trash water in the laundry room for months and it smells.

Worst conditions to live on a monthly rent. I recommend living in this apartment if you want to develop your patience.
