Only recently did my employer begin allowing neatly trimmed beards. I started 29 years ago at 18 so when it came to growing, styling and maintaining a beard I had NO clue. Carlos has been a complete professional, allowing me to figure out what works best for me and keeping me looking proper for my job. The atmosphere is great as the stylists provide a little comic relief and good-natured ribbing of each other for free. Carlos is prompt and courteous and completes the beard trim with a hot towel and straight razor finish. The 30 minute trim every 2 weeks is literally some of the best relaxation I get and I look forward to it...Great job, Carlos and The Fix!

After doing some research on this barbershop I decided to book an appt with Carlos. I thought I could get a good haircut.I went on and told him what i wanted and he ended up doing what he wanted totally not what I told him I wanted. Left out of here very disappointed especially since he cut way to low on my sides going up in to the top. I expected more out this barber. it’s very simple give, the customer what he wants or say you can’t do it. But to chop my hair your way is absurd. Definitely not returning here. Very unpleasant experience.

I have never been so impressed with a barber shop. Great experience, these guys honestly have the best approach to providing exceptional customer service. They have amazing attention to detail, and have just created such an enjoyable atmosphere. I wish I didn't have to drive 8 hrs to go back haha.
