He (listened to and) worked with me to get the ideal configuration for the screen door - I was very interested in minimizing the closed screen door profile to maximize my view out the back.

Top quality product and first-rate installation. I considered competing products, and am convinced the Phantom screen is the best-engineered. In our case, I had some concerns about how an inside mount would work, and whether it would interfere with existing window covering on a glass-paneled exterior door. ORSS sent an installer out to our house to explain in detail how it would work. I am a retired contractor myself, specialized in custom cabinets and finish carpentry, so I have very high standards for fit and finish. Once all my concerns were met, we hired the company and scheduled an installation. The installer, Steve, was a real pro. He was very precise, and patient with my "hovering." The finished product works very well, and will give us good options for cross-ventilation.
