Your staff, from the wonderful vet, to the administrators, to the rest of the staff are in my book, one of the most friendly, and professionals and all around decent human-beings. Best veterinary office! We've brought 3 of our dogs here since 2001. We travel here from LIC for our pet care, despite being surrounded by several other options closer to us (which we have tried), because the quality of care at JVAH is above and beyond. From the front desk to the vet techs and the vets themselves, everyone here is friendly, polite, and clearly cares about the animals. They are communicative and responsive, which is something I can't say about all of the vet offices we have been to.

Called for appt, not an emergency but they were able to accommodate me within 30 mins. Doctor was amazing. Pet is much better.

I do not work for them but we are patients of theirs. They have sold us prescription food in the past, not sure if they do that for non patients. You should call them directly.
Not right now during the pandemic. Everything is either credit/debit card over the phone or they text you a link to your smartphone and you pay online. They do accept Google Pay via the link option which is convenient.
They are! Just call to make an appointment. You can no longer go into the building with your pet but they call you during the visit.
Juniper Valley is good clean and has good vets. We have never had a problem. Not sure about the price i will be taking my GS to be neutered there
