I originally started with another company and felt ripped off. I was referred to this company by a friend. The owner called me within an hour and talked to me on the phone for a long time trying to put me at ease. I ended up needing a new AC unit and instead of trying to make me buy the nicest most expensive one, he gave me all of my options. I was able to finance for 0% for 18 months. I did end up buying a unit. The owner and other employees went out of their way to answer my questions and help me even after it was installed. It runs very well and everyone that has helped has gone out of their way. I would recommend this company to anyone!! ❤️

I had an emergency need with my air conditioning system & called D & W Heating & Air. They came right away to check my system and found I needed a new unit. By the fowelling day I had a new working unit. The 2 gentlemen I dealt with were very professional, courteous & helpful. I would recommend them to anyone due to their honesty & integrity.

Doug was the service rep. He was straight up and down to earth. I know the AC Repair Business can be unscrupulous but this guy was as honest as he could be. While I can't vouch for the whole company, I would certainly use them again based on the interaction I had with my service tech.
