We were in absolute awe of this store during our visit. Words to describe our experience with Zaki Oriental Rugs and the staff are blessing, pleasure, quality, professional, great hospitality. Mr. Zaki took time to talk with us about the art, craftsmanship, skill and talent that went into making these beautiful rugs. Awais too was very knowledgeable about their rugs and took his time to help us sort through an enormous amount of rugs in the store. He and Mr. Zaki were extremely patient with us as we took a tremendous amount of time to pick the perfect rugs for our home. We never felt rushed or that we were an inconvenience. This is the kind of service I wish we could receive everywhere. Thank you Mr. Zaki, Awais and the rest of the staff of Zaki Oriental Rugs. We appreciate you and your product. The staff is helpful and extremely courteous. The selection is extraordinary. A “ must stop” whether you are looking for floor coverage or art quality wall hangings.

Mr. Zaki is absolutely an amazing, intelligent, & kind person!!! His knowledge of hand knotted rugs is unsurpassed. My first visit to Zaki's didn't disappoint. I came in hopes of finding a rug that would pull a particularly difficult room together. My partner's family have been friends with Zaki for years. I've heard many stories of him. So it was wonderful when I finally had the opportunity to meet him and get his help in finding the perfect rug. The selection is almost overwhelming, but he was able to direct me to the appropriate selection and reveal the perfect rug. It now perfectly ties my den together and will be a treasure for many years to come.
