Covid test is supposed to be overnighted to the testing facility, yet 28 hours later they still haven't even received it to process. (When I went thru CVS in the height of the pandemic I received my results back in 24hrs). I am being told by their Help Center that the process center would have registered it as soon as they received it. Which can only mean that they did not send it out the same day. I'm sorry, but that should be on your list of priorities to send out labwork before the last mail pickup of the day! At this rate I could have ordered an at home kit.

I was kindly greeted by a worker named Ashlee. She must have sensed my bewilderment because I was looking in the same area for ten minutes for a specific kind of eye serum, and she helped me find it right away. I probably would've been there another hour without her. She was so sweet and patient!

Major issues with the pharmacy- my medications are NEVER filled on time, and I have run out of my medication. The pharmacy rudely argued/yelled over the phone that it’s “too soon for my meds to be filled.” I provided my Rx insurance Caremark’s response: meds were APPROVED on 8/21/20, but Walgreens insisted I could not receive them until 9/1/20. This was incorrect on Walgreens behalf, yet they stubbornly stood their ground. The behavior and unprofessionalism of this Walgreens, is evident in other reviews, and my experience. Please be aware and spare yourself the hassle. FYI: Indoor retail employees are always kind.

Multiple problems with this pharmacy. Insurance issues, and they are VERY poor at communicating with me about my medications. That is my biggest frustration... I expect my monthly refills, go to pick them up, not available!?! nothing is communicated to me about there being an issue to fill them. then I run out of meds and have to scramble to communicate and be the middle man between my doctors office and pharmacy. Very frustrating and dangerous for some people to be out of medications.

I simply asked them to do it for me. While they were at it, they clicked a little box on the computer to enable automatic coordination of benefits. I think it's just a matter of getting the right clerk so you may have to ask a couple of different visits.
