We had a nice luncheon, on friday may 10, however, I discovered after we ordered , whole fish displayed in the fish counter, assuming available for customers to chose one and have it cooked. If so, why did the waiter not offer this choice ?

They have a vast offering of food! I love the buffet to get a variety of the foods you want at a lesser cost. I am sure their are some gluten free food on the menu. This just isn't a place that focus on gluten free diets!
