I tried to pay off my ticket over a week ago and they told me they weren’t sure if it went through but it was processing in my bank. They said to wait to see if the payment posted or dropped so I did. The payment dropped after an entire week and I called back to pay again and they told me I had to pay $25 for a late fee when it was their mistake to begin with. “Nothing we can do”. “Your zip code was probably wrong” I used the same zip code to pay the second time. Excuses. Just aggravating.
