I'm not sure if this is unique to CVS on West ave. or all CVS' nationwide, but my father has continually gotten automated text messages saying prescriptions were ready only to have the pharmacist inform us that this was not the case. It is a waste of time and money, and the fact that employees seem to have neither an explanation or a solution does not bode well. We will be taking our business to Walgeens on westport ave, whose service we find impeccable. Please fix this for the sake of everyones sanity and gas tank

Nariman was such a help when I visited the store. I rarely ask for help when going to CVS or anywhere, and the one time that I do ask, I was given incredible service.

The CVS on West Ave in Norwalk told my parents there prescription was $97 because there insurance didn’t cover it. I checked Costco the pharmacist even added a goodRx card brought it down to $7. Shoprite did the same thing and Walmart, but if you apply the same discount card at CVS the price is $50. Maybe that’s why the Pharmacist here is hesitant doing a decent job trying to help patients save money.

The worst service ever. The store manager Asis had an attitude and refused to return the money to my minor 6-year-old-child. He took my son’s $50 without the presence of an adult. He took the original receipt and the items my son purchased, and refused to give it back to me. He asked me for my drivers license to return my son’s money. Why he didn’t ask for the presence of his parent on the first place? The manager left me no choice than to call Norwalk Police. I was in the store for more than an hour, waiting for Norwalk Police to come and solve the situation. The police officers accused me of causing a scene when I requested to get the original receipt back. I was escorted out of the store with my son. Store managers supposed to solve problems not to create them and put customers in awkward situations at the store. CVS pharmacy should have a policy not to sale items to minor children without the presence of an adult. This manager should be placed on immediate leave due to the hostile situation that caused, continue to harass me as a customer, and refused to solve the issue until the police came. Shame on people who take advantage of small innocent children. Shame on the customer service at CVS.
