My husband purchased a bag for my in April. He gave it to me in May. I noticed a little smudge on it and went back to the coach store to buy the leather pocket book cleaner, and moisturizer. It was only a slight smudge, could hardly see it,, but because the pocket book is white,, its very noticeable to me. Sadly the cleaner had no affect on the smudge. Went back to the Smithfield store, they wouldn't exchange it nor give my money back. This purse was expensive, the cleaner didn't help...and I feel like they could have worked with me. I nor my husband will ever purchase from them again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Coach outlet today 2.2.22. The entire staff was attentive to us. All questions were answered and acted upon in a moments notice. Will definitely go back to this location
