We booked a charter with Captain Tim unknowing of the imminent weather. Tim called me the night before to discuss trip plans and possibly starting later to make the trip work. He was committed to giving us the trip of a lifetime and it paid off. It ended up being a beautiful day while every boat turned tail and ran we limited out on grouper, snapper, caught a bonus Gag and got to pick his brain a good bit. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

Captain and crew were nice but didn’t think to see if guy not talking to them the most was having a good time. Was told we could extend our fishing trip but at 4 hours captain said time to go in. Been on several fishing charters in last few years and this was worse one yet. 700 for 3 fish . Wow. Charters out of Clearwater have done way better. Guess my long hair made them think I was poor and didn’t need to make sure I had a good time. I even asked captain at one point Are we still over reef? He said yes
