If I could give no stars it would be for the most unprofessional employees and management at the gainesville restaurant, went through the drive through ordered food, the lady ignored us after asking what we would like then shot us a bird as we drove around and out the driveway. Unprofessional and extremely dirty restaurant with trash overflowing out the trash cans and cockroaches on the sidewalk. Why would I think the restaurant staff would be any different? My mistake to choose to give them a chance to change my mind but omg!!! Dont make the same mistake I did DONT EAT THERE!!!! Theyre service SUCKS!!!!!

We have been to this particular restaurant several times now while in Gainesville. The food has been good every time!! We go through the drive thru and eat in the car in the shady parking lot.

Staff has been slacking lately same for drive thru. But you should have been greeted when you walked in.
Staff has been getting worse and worse here... So sad.

Absolutely not..customer is always right..she was unprofessional and in the wrong should be reprimanded by her boss in front of other employees see how it feels
