Call the local union or go over there they will tell you.
Go over to their office and fill out an application. At that time they will tell you all the paperwork that you will need. Then they can schedule you for an exam for General knowledge which is required. The school has already started, so I don't know if you can enter late or if you have to start in the next one given. If you are planning to go to trade school too is what I'm referring to. Good luck...
