Lunchtime on a Friday and even though it was getting busy, the service was still excellent. We had ordered from the grill- short ribs noodle bowl with spring rolls, from the wok- salmon rice platter with soup, salad and spring rolls, and crispy eggplant as appetizer. The servings of the food was great. Both of us had left overs for dinner and lunch the next day. They offer a variety so there's plenty to try out for our next visit. An absolute must if you're in the Gainesville area.

First time customer. Atmosphere has neighborhood vibe. Space was really clean 👌. Head server knew the menu based on eating the food. Had Pho with pork belly. Meat was a little dry. Broth was okay. Eel bowl had flavor with good portion. Prices are $$.5 on 1 to 5. Good place if you're in the area. Overall 3.5 experience.

Although it was busy we were seated fairly fast. We're chose to sit outside on the patio. We received our drinks and our order was taken in just a few minutes. The sushi was wonderful. I definitely recommend Taste. It's got a little bit of everything to suit everyone's taste buds.

My wife loves the veggie and vegan sushi here, so for her birthday August 31, 2022 I decided to take her and my mother there. We came in the front door and were seen by at least 1 server. It was busy around 7:15 - 7:30 no inside seats available so we opted for the patio. My wife and mother proceeded to sit down while I went to the facilities. Came back and they are still sitting there with no drinks, menus, or silverware. We continued to wait (probably a total of 20 minutes) when a group of younger people came out and sat at a table that had just been cleared, they were followed by wait staff with silverware and menus in hand. My wife said excuse me to the server as he was headed back inside and let him know we had been waiting for over 15 minutes, he said oh let me see who is going to serve you. We proceeded to get up and leave. Thankfully she still enjoyed an amazing birthday dinner over at Longhorn, granted it was not her seafood free sushi but she does love that Ribeye at Longhorn so not a complete loss.
