We love Chili's and have been to this one a lot but this time I was disappointed in the salt/pepper shakers. I know about the Florida humidity and how the salt gets moisture but our salt shakers was so dirty/rusty. The waitress said it was because when they washed them they weren't getting dry good enough. It was awful looking. Hope they can let them dry better if that's the case.

Unfortunately understaffed, I give an A for effort from the staff, but the food was not good. Sent out nachos back because they were greasy and soggy. Were brought back the same way? (I questioned if that is how they are supposed to be served there) when our main dishes were brought out( quesadilla explosion and 2 queso burgers) they were also cold.. paid out bill and had a few laughs..maybe just a bad night for the restaurant, we will give it another shot and hopefully update review

Our server was rush rush rush brought us our food before our appetizer. My stake was under cooked then they gave my other one but that one was over cooked. At that point I just wanted out of there so I paid my bill and left.

For some reason they did not have hot tea or coffee! Other than that our food was very good. I would go back to this location again.
