for being the absolute cheapest place to live in the entire county of Pinellas, it's really not that bad. things i would consider complaining about are dwarfed by how low the rent is. the office was always friendly with me, and i spent a good three years in one of these units and i'm considering coming back, as long as the rent doesn't shoot up too high.

Small, but cozy. It is what you make it. We are going on 2 years living here, with only the occasional AC issue. You really can't beat the price for the location! Walking distance to downtown, the marina and 10 minutes to the beach. Couldn't have found a better place in this area.
