I moved into the apartment a week ago, and the move was seamless. Karly and Linda did a great job answering all my questions and ensuring the transition went smoothly. Everyone I've met on the staff has been super friendly and very welcoming. As mentioned in other reviews, everything I've seen so far indicates this will be a great place to live.

This place is really fantastic it's right on the water beautiful grounds very well kept and the rental staff is amazing too Katy and Linda very helpful and very friendly to all the tenants that go in for assistance thanks a bunch

I have lived here 2+ years and it is wonderful! The entire staff is friendly and good at their jobs. I have lived in a LOT of apartments over the years and this is by far my favorite. The front office staff -Diane, Linda and Karly - are so nice and are always there to answer any questions or help with any concerns.The cleaning staff are excellent. Holly, Rick and Chad are wonderful, friendly and hard working. They keep this place a stunning, beautiful community that I am proud of. I'd like to thank the maintenance staff as well. Terry and Billy do a professional job and always comes to fix things in a timely manner, are friendly and does a good job with any repairs I need.

The water view here is just beautiful and Rick does a great job keeping up the grounds and landscaping. Terry and Billy are always courteous and my maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly and correctly .
