The 7th

The reason why I went to the store was because I had made several phone calls to at&t to resolve an issue with my son's phone and after numerous long calls no one would or could help me. I was desperate as the phone had no data and couldn't make or receive calls. The first time I went in Jonathan G, the manager came up and said he would help. I didn't have the phone. The next day I went and Jonathan G. Came out and offered help immediately. He went through all the hoopla I went through but with his patience and persistence managed to determine the problem. I waited, he waited as they sent him through different agents. He discovered and addressed the matter and fixed it. He informed what happened. Something none of the customer service agents shared with me. Amazing patience and persistence, and I am so glad I found Jonathan G. Thank you! Thank you so much
