I was trying to schedule to fill cavities for my 15 years old son, front desk said no appointment for kids on Friday and Saturday. So, we wait until school ends because my son doesn’t want to miss any classes. Very upset today with dental front desk is very poor customer service, so rude. really doesn’t care. That’s a terrible service.”don’t have it, call again after July 11” Bye! bye! Dental Healtpoint in Auburn. Go to A street dental is very friendly and fast service. Receptionist needs to go! fire her or something. How is she going to keep transferring my dear friend to herself ? having my friend wait in pain for 30 minutes and more, I don’t know what to recommend but I surely don’t recommend the receptionist at all bad service!

After reading multiple recent reviews, I needed to say something as well. I have called this place so many times only to be on hold for a minimum of a half hour… it’s like they have an automatic half hour wait on the phone lines… after a half hour the line will ring and if you’re lucky someone will answer. If not, you get to wait another half hour. Cool. One of the last times I was there, I waited for the receptionist to check me in. I was the only one in line and waited for 23 minutes to be acknowledged while she was on the computer. My counselor was kind enough to extend our appointment but that is beyond the point. Also, my last appointment I had scheduled… I never received a confirmation call so I didn’t go. Called them the next day, left a voicemail that I was not contacted and I wanted to reschedule… that was a month ago. I’m very saddened and disappointed in this place. UPDATE:: 3/22 I have not gone back to this place since December. My experience here was nothing short of a disaster, to say the least. My doctor here refused to prescribe me my normal medications and suggested an add-on to an antidepressant when I was no more depressed or anxious at all. That medication put me into an alternate state of mind that was not ok, so I stopped taking them. Keep in mind I am talking with my doctor about what I think is best for my mind and body at all of my appointments… but there is no middle ground with the help here. If you suggest you know yourself and what helps you, it will probably be disregarded. I left every time feeling unheard by my doctor at HealthPoint. My first appointment with a new doctor at an entirely different place prescribed me what I needed on my first visit. He understood the importance of the medication and how it improves my quality of life significantly. It was nice talking with a doctor that made you feel like an equal rather than the feeling of “I’m a doctor, so I know what’s best for you” mentality… because that is exactly what I experienced at HealthPoint.
