Everyone’s nice, but why isn’t anyone answering the phones at the front desk each time I call? I hate having to rely on someone calling back because sometimes I step away from my phone, and it seems like stuff gets dragged out when all I want to do is schedule an appointment. Of course, I consider how many calls you guys might get each day, just wish there was a better system set up where I wouldn’t have to stare at the phone until I get a call.

This is the most disorganized, unhelpful service location I have ever been to. After 3 separate trips in, I have yet to be helped in attaining an Orca Lift card. Apparently there is only one person in the office who can actually help, and they take lunch breaks in excess of an hour and a half. Of course, that is not noted online as part of the listed hours of operation, and they often leave an hour early. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. Even if it's farther away, you'll save your time and your sanity.

Today at King County Public Health in Auburn, I was refused treatment due to my age and gender. I pointed out what was happening and i was given a "poor baby" face with a shrug. Last time i heard, Age discrimination and Sex discrimination is against the law. A government organization breaking the law. The person responsible for this policy needs to be fired and their pension taken away. This is deplorable behavior. They will give 10 excuses to Sunday, however, the reality is...discrimination.

The staff here is extremely caring, fast and knowledgable. The past few years has been really hard on us and they were there to help in every way they could.
