The fitness center weight room is air conditioned. It has a good variety of free weight benches and racks, pulley machines, and cardio equipment. Plenty of weight plates, bars, and dumbbells.

Peaceful, spacious, clean. Great staff. Stay away from lane 8 after like 2pm unless you want a life guard staring at you at eye level. A little awkward. Highly recommend lanes 1-4 in the evenings and 5-8 in the mornings.

You have to reserve a lane for lap swim online. $10 for 45 minutes.
There is swimming lessons almost every day but Sunday. Depends how old your son is
Q: do you have to sign up for lessons? Or can you go and chill?
We do participate in meets. However, only if you want to.
Swimming lessons run once per week and cost $65 for 4 weeks.
