Alfredo and his team were excellent to work with! They did an amazing job on my hardwood floors and I didn’t have to wait weeks out for them to come. I called and they came over the next day with several samples of stain colors for my floors and started the floors the next day! I highly recommend them for any hardwood floor job! I will be using them in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I initially tried to sand and stain my floors but ran into several issues due to the previous dark stain not being able to lift with my orbital sander. I contacted Pillar Wood Floors and they went above and beyond to help me restore, repair, stain, and finish my wood floors. There was a leak in one room that I wasn’t aware of that caused damage to the wood panels and beneath. They contracted someone to repair it for me while the floors were being done. Although the first stain color didn’t come out dark enough like we initially thought, they were determined to make sure I was happy and re-did the floors with a dark gray stain. Overall I’m extremely pleased with how my floors came out. I would definitely recommend this flooring business to others.
