I can’t believe how I was talked to by the owner just so unprofessional I definitely will never return . What are you talking about even your response is rude you spent a whole half an hour cutting my hair I’m so sorry talking to you about how I wanted my hair aggravated your day instead of a normal apology you come back with an insult maybe you should remember the power of the keyboard when you are working with clients.

The Ruby Room is a fantastic salon. When i moved from Boston i was very nervous about changing salons. The stylists at The Ruby Room are very talented and can do anything you want! (Including extensions etc.) I have had a senior stylist there, but have on occasion had others fill in and am always happy. They are very conscious about their training. Yes - they take checks. Tipping must be cash.
