I was looking up a place to get my natural hair straightened and trimmed, but the sign on the door says they were open on Sundays from 9:00am-7:00pm I got here at 11:20am and no one is here, the lights are off, and parking lot is empty. My original stylist cancelled on me and I drove an hour to get here just to be turned around. Even the website says they are open. I’ve been calling the store since 9:50am. HIGHLY disappointed and frustrated. It’s unprofessional to have your business day one thing and do something totally different.
