I was introduced to this amazing thrift store where their mission is to financially support animals. You can even bring in your pet while you shop. The place is huge! They sell vintage items, items for your pets, household items, clothing, etc. Since Covid with any clothing items, you buy it, take it home to try on & then you have 7 days to return it. Not good if you live far away. On Wednesdays, they offer 50% off clothing. When you make a purchase, you can choose to support the humane society by rounding up your bill. They're open 7 days a week with a big variety of items at reasonable prices! A lot of items are cheaper than other thrift stores.

Fairly priced items and usually they test most electronics. Goodwill could learn a few things from this thrift store. Always a friendly staff too. Please for the love of God! Please bring back the VHS selection......

Omgoodness...I had the worst shopping experience of my life Saturday at Retails! I was absolutely harassed by the clerk/cashier to the point where I couldn't hold my tongue! First I apologize to the other customers in line & anyone else who heard my comments to this cashier. I have never in my elder years been treated with such disrespectful and mean spirited behavior as a paying customer who loves that money is given to the animals in need! I won't go into details but I don't think I will ever shopping there again. I have stamped cards that I will pass on to someone in that shopping center! Hopefully they will have a better experience than I was subjected to! Shame in that lady she needs interpsonal n communication training. Shame on her!

Awesome store and great prices. Specialty items and antiques are a bit on the high end but still cheaper than Goodwill. The staff is absolutely amazing especially the manager, she actually takes the time to get to know usual customers. The staff is overly friendly and they feel more like friends than workers. I love to get books there, best book prices, 99 cents on most books and every few months there's a 25 cent sale on them. Great prices on vintage books. Clothes are priced way below other thrift stores and they always have a great selection.

Hi Lilly! You mean vinyl, correct? We do have several milk-crates full of vinyl. :)
Hi Shamus. All of the money goes to the Humane Society. We are the organization - ReTails is owned and operated by the Humane Society.
Yes
They do! I've seen some for sale there before
Hi Nalia. Yes, we are still able to accept cash.
Good question as a Google user I'm not quite sure... I would definitely call them .but I would think they will definitely take flat screens but probably not Old Tube TVs Goodwill might recycle them I'm not sure
Hello! We do not purchase items for resale. Sorry.
Yes, they do not deliver. They will hold it for 3 days only then it goes back on the shelves.
Yes, I am not sure which day.
Hi Deb. We are not. Concerns over COVID have caused us to cancel this year.
I called recently and was told you need an appointment at this time to drop donations.
Hi Dawn We are taking donations by appointment. You can learn more at hssw.org/retails/donate
Hi Judy. We currently offer donation times by appointment. You can go to hssw.org/thriftschedule to find a time. Thanks!

Hi Stephanie. Please disregard the answer given by Courtney. Yes, you can absolutely adopt cats here! The cats at ReTails are cats from our local humane society. They are all spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on most vaccines. You can learn about what's included in adoption at hssw.org/adopt Thanks!
Drop it off at Goodwill while they are closed. They always take them after hours.
Hi Holly. Cool Cash ends tomorrow (November 8), but you're welcome to take advantage of it until then.
Hi Holly Thanks for your question, no we do not have emailed coupons. Sorry! And yes, we're aware that our website is currently down, thanks for your patience.
They may you just to go in and see what they have.
No, we do not accept appliances. Thank you for checking.
Moved am in Longview now
I think you are asking about the reuse store that moved to the old Chevy dealership on Mill plain and 205. This is a thrift store now
Another poster answered that all the money goes directly to the Humane Society, as ReTails is owned and operated by the organization 🙂
It depends on what they have in stock. I have seen an excessive amount of treats 1 month and then not so much the next month. an excessive amount of pet beds and then not so much..... it is a donation store so it depends on what they have received.
