This review is to say I feel bad for the employees at this store, almost every time I go in there I end up leaving after waiting for five minutes with no cashier, which leads me to believe that corporate expects to much from them in the time frame they are there. The reason I keep going back is because it's right across the street from my house, but I usually end up making the five minute walk to the "other" store.

Purchased gas and Diesel fuel. The pump was out of paper 😣 to get a receipt. Available inside. The reason I pay at the pump is to avoid entering the store.Hi Kevin - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and have alerted our store team of the issue so it can be corrected right away. Thank you.

I had walked in to get gas and the cashier wouldn't get off of her phone. She instead stood there and kept texting and held her hand up. So I went across the street to the red apple. And thats actually the employee in the picture

WHY ARE OCONNELL ELECTRIC TRUCKS WHO CONTINUE TO STOP INTO CAZENOVIA MIRABITO & DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS ALLOWED IN WITHOUT WEARING MASKS — AND CONTINUE TO DO IT!?!

Thank you for your concern, which we also share. At Mirabito, we take Governor Cuomo’s executive order very seriously and have taken extensive measures to help ensure the safety of our employees and our customers, including requiring all employees to wear masks. We have posted signs at our gas pumps, on our doors, and in the store reminding customers that the Governor’s order requires customers to wear masks. Unfortunately, and without penalties, not all of our customers take this safety measure as seriously as we do. We will continue to monitor the prevalence of these occurrences as we determine how to proceed.
