We are trying our best to keep our customers and staff safe. Quality Gem is currently open by appointment only. Masks are required and we are taking temperatures upon entering the store. We even have plexiglass on every showcase so we can safely get close enough to help you with your jewelry repairs and custom designs. Feel free to call with any questions or to set up an appointment. Hi Sue, in general if it is a new ring from our store we will size it for you the same day. If the ring is not from our store it usually takes about a week. All jewelry repairs are done on-site. We always have to see the ring first thought to give you an accurate time frame.
Hi James, We do written insurance and estate appraisals on all types of watches. There is a fee for these appraisals.
