he ambassadors here at Southeast are remarkable. They are a wonderful part of day and provide a level of comfort tha t goes beyond the nursing staff. They are always upbeat and bring sunshine to every room. They an irreplaceable component that completes the circle of care each resident receives. NH

I should have posted this over a year ago. I still have PSTD from having to deal with this place. Please make sure anyone you love is never never never placed here. This was the worst experience. Poorly run is an understatement. No communication. I went days leaving messages trying to get information on my Dad(I had an in place and active heath care proxy) that where never returned. I had to call over and over just to get someone to answer the phone. When I mean over and over 20 times plus a day at times no one would answer the phone or I would be put on hold if they answered the phone and then left for up to an hour and beyond an hour or disconnected. I was actively trying to transfer my dad somewhere else they would not help or held up the transfer so I lost an open bed several times. It was like they where holding him hostage. Sadly my dad is passed but I still feel so much remorse that I didn't get him move from here sooner than I did. I wish there was a negative Star rating because this place needs one.
