I guess I just have to order a new phone online. Verizon representatives from two different stores very rude very unhelpful. First stop Fox Lake Verizon I was told it's not possible to transfer my information to a iPhone because I have an LG thin Q. Sure I sure don't believe that! On to McHenry that representative told me I can transfer my LG thin Q information to a new iPhone but he doesn't have to help me and he will not help me, so if I purchase the new iPhone you know a little over $1,000 purchase, I have to do it on my own. That's not his job is what he told me. So rude. I was going to try another store but I just don't have the energy. Maybe I will try Best Buy. Maybe I will just find another phone provider.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband ordered a phone and we were told to pick it up at this location within an hour if we could. Got there with plenty of time and they told us we were early and to check back in 30 mins, no problem at all. Came back and were told our order was cancelled and there was nothing they could do. After showing the receipt and bank charge for the phone we purchased, we were still given the run around saying there was nothing they could do. AN HOUR later they were about to finally give us the phone that we had proof of purchase for. They then refused to take the old phone as trade and also refused to set up the new phone since we had a few questions on how to do it ourselves. They were absolutely as unhelpful as could be and not to mention VERY rude...like somehow we were an inconvenience to them. Will never be back!!!

normally i wouldnt say a bad thing about this store as they have treated me real good for years but today was the worst i have ever dealt with being there . i went in with my daughter to look at the new watches and the new samsung phone during that time the manager was the one helping us not only did he always cut us off when asking questions he would walk away and start helping someone else for a bit then come back and im not saying just to check in a person it was more i was there for about an hour or more wanting to buy a watch or two then as i was about to finalize sale a customer walks in he tells him to wait a few min then proceeds to say excuse me and starts helping him ignoring us with disregard to the fact he was about to have 2 sales from us and when wallking out all he said was have a great day with no apology or sorry . i will never deal with him again very poor customer service

We were really disappointed yesterday. Our sales guy was disrespectful and condescending, talked crazy fast and really did mot hear what we were asking and acted like he could not wait for us to leave. We like the phone service but we are done with that store!Hi Àndy, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We always want to make sure that you can count on our team for professional and courteous assistance every time you visit. It's disappointing to learn how we're doing. We hope you'll give us another chance for excellent service in the future.

Yes my lightening cable fits in my air pod case to charge it.
I may have to go there then. I just looked at the website on how ti do it myself...no way.
If you no longer have Verizon,then why would you ask the question... And there is a 24/7 customer service #. Ive spoke to someone in the middle of the night before
