How in the hell are you supposed to get answers when the automated system doesn't recognize you and the store is closed before 8 pm at night. Another reason why I left verizon

If you no longer have Verizon,then why would you ask the question... And there is a 24/7 customer service #. Ive spoke to someone in the middle of the night before
