Overall not bad. Membership prices a bit high...43.00 and change if I recall considering Planet Fitness is right down the road for 10.00 and month and 24 hour access. My only issue is with the cleaning crew. Maybe schedule a time to clean the bathrooms? I know I am not the only one thinking this as I hear it mentioned here and there. Running a pressure washer in the men's showers when 3 people are taking a shower is kinda strange but I guess you gotta get done what needs done. Overall not a bad place as it is more for the wife, retiree or older crowd.

Watch out for your belongings. I pay for a locker and wasn’t given a lock. My stuff was STOLEN from the locker. YMCA you owe me money. Seriously people can’t even trust this places. Plus, there was someone else’s stuff was in the locker.

What a great atmosphere and facility! We started the youth/child swimming classes and they were well hosted! The staff was knowledgeable and we're looking forward to coming back next week! I Highly recommend for youngsters!

Interesting Question! The answer is yes! During the 1970's and possibly 80's the Williamsport Branch YMCA housed what would now be considered the pre-release center inmates. They were housed on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the old building on Elmira Street.

If you are referring to the basketball court yes they have open court but that is only when the court hasn't been signed out by a group or organization. If you want to know when open court is I would make a call to this Specific YMCA and ask an attendant if the court is in fact open or not. Also be sure to know when the court closes because indoor soccer games, volleyball tournaments, fencing, and basketball tournaments are common as this is one of the few courts in the area worth going to.
