Waitress was horrible not once did she check on us or ask us if we wanted more to drink etc. Sauce tasted like diluted tomato soup so gross. We won't be back!

Very clean and really nice the staff were really nice I would recommend pizza 🍕🍕🍕 hut plenty of parking and the food was great thanks for dinner guys

Everything was good, except the discontinuation of the crust topper. It seems like such a simple thing, but it was literally the thing that set Pizza Hut apart from every other place. Bring back The Hut Favorite crust topper, and we will be back in a heartbeat.

Excellent meal! I visited the New Hartford, NY tonight, at 8pm and had a really good dining experience, courtesy of Andrew. I ordered the Marinara pasta with 6 wings, and a Pepsi. The pasta was excellent, and Andrew made sure I had enough sauce for the bread sticks. The wings were tasty, and properly cooked! Andrew checked up on me periodically to make sure I was taken care of! As much as I loved the pizza buffet (thanks for nothing Covid), I'll continue to eat at Pizza Hut, especially the New Hartford location! Thanks Andrew! PS...to the owner, please repair the asphalt in the parking lot!
