There unable to keep there pond maintained. The creeks are all shut off and full of trash. Maintenance is slow and barely responsive. Mail out box was broken and they haven't fixed it for over a year. Laundry room is trashy and rundown. They cant even open the laundry room up in a timely matter basically the hours are whenever they feel like it. The only good thing is the neighbors are all very respectful.

I moved here in the summer of 2016 and have no complaints. I strongly considered moving out to sb about a year ago for a smaller price but the communication with that apartment management was inconsistent and inconclusive(conversations about living somewhere should never be that). While trying to find the number of someone that wasn’t an answering machine I saw horrible reviews about roaches and getting your car broken into there. I decided to stay here at Casa Mediterrania for a slightly higher price because not once have I dealt with roaches and I have never had my car broken into. Things are fixed fast here and the communication regarding any issue is clear and concise. Living here is nice. Most neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. You’ll see kids playing outside often and people taking walks so driving slow is important. There’s ducks here too. The other apartment reached out to me 2 months later asking me when I was ready to move in... No thanks lol

1 year in this hell hole. Cars were broken into several times. A complex worker stole my mail "caught him doing it". Workers at this complex keep quitting because of how poorly managed it is. Maintenance guys said they need more people but management won't spend the money so they quit. Even the office worker quit. Front Gates are always broken. 0% security. Had a terrible neighbor that had every grounds for eviction but the management wouldn't act. Constant water issues, the piping is loud! There's no parking for guests and if you have two cars it's $30 a month for another spot if you don't want to park on the street. Park in someone's space by accident? Bye bye car, $300 tow! Might as well of bought an extra space for the year. The river system that runs throughout the complex broke and the water sat stagnate for almost 4 months. Stinky, mosquitoes, and had to call the city on them cause I couldn't handle it. Ants and roaches are also tenants. There's just always something wrong, mix in the fact that there's not enough maintenance guys and some they have no clue what there doing, you get very slow repairs like a over a week with a hole in your ceiling. That happend twice! In the end I've found there's cheaper ghettos to live in. Your welcome to the people I've saved from thinking about this place.

Don't move here! Maintenance is horrible here. Really old buildings that need constant maintenance, water always getting turned off without notice. Water Heaters rarely heating. And once the sun sets many suspect individuals out front. No security patrolling. Tenants park in your one and only parking space. With little options to park elsewhere but the street. Up side management is doing better.. Glad my lease is up can't wait to move back to Redlands..
