Pretty good place. Friendly people. Worked with us on the price. Service scheduling is really behind! Looking at minimum of 4 weeks for anything. We had an issue with the waterheater on our brand new RV. Called on Sunday. Which of course no one other than salesmen are around. Called Wayne on Monday and he got us in the next day and they fixed it while we waited. We really appreciated that. Other that the service department scheduling person, we are pretty happy.

Chuck in parts department gets 5 stars. Tim in Sales, another 5 stars. The entire service department, absolute fail! I have never seen such incompetence. The lady behind the counter had no clue as to what her dept was doing. Its pretty clear she's not sure of her duties as well. Every customer in line waiting for their rig was upset for one reason or another, and nownits clear. After a month of waiting, we were finally called from the service dept advising us that we could pick up the rv. However, upon arrival we were told " um nobody called you, work hasn't been started yet blah blah blah" from that point on it was all about pointing fingers, followed by lie after lie after lie. Nobody would take responsibility!!! Worst customer service experience ever! Do not, and I mean do not take you rv to this location for service. Use their other facilities. Btw, the employees at the other locations agree about the Colton incompetence!

JD and his team were amazing! The whole experience was fantastic. They didn’t pressure us to buy anything and gave us the ins and outs of all the trailers we looked at. After we decided to purchase our trailer, they put a rush on the process because we needed it within a couple days. Everyone that we encountered at this location was the nicest! Thank you everyone that helped us!

Buyer beware if it’s sold as is. Get under and on top of unit. Make sure you drive it. Great customer service but beware of their products. Service department needs to do a better job of going through rigs for safety issues. Look at top for leaks and under for any damage to under carriage. I have no one to blame for not doing it myself. Tail pipe fell off and window in door fell out. Leaks in the rear really bad. Has electricity short some where. Hundred thousand plus trash rig. Beware of merchandise being sold as is. It means they don’t care as long as it drives off lot it’s good and you’re screwed with repair stuff

We do not wash RVs. If its in for service you can ask for it to be washed. No waxing available.
The one in San Bernardino does. Each store is different.
Yes they do but are expensive. Better to buy from Walmart online or Amazon
