Have been here a few times. Food is always fresh. Customer service has always been on point, and have never seen any issues with cleanliness. This is a reliable location!

You can't beat the fries, nothing like fresh. The prices are super reasonable. Great fries and burgers, but def check your order before you leave. Hate that they leave the bacon to get all cold and hard sitting around most the time, instead of making it fresh. Workers kind of seemed to not care in the slightest, except maybe one... Kind of ruined the burgers, especially because they forgot the bacon and I had to put it on myself because they didn't want to remake it.

In NY the management is responsible for knowing all the rules of did safety. This is very different from other states, (Washington and Oklahoma from personal experience) where each individual working in the did industry must be trained and certified regularly. It's something that needs to be changed in NY.

Felt safe. Masks required. Staff were wearing them properly too while preparing the food.
