In NY the management is responsible for knowing all the rules of did safety. This is very different from other states, (Washington and Oklahoma from personal experience) where each individual working in the did industry must be trained and certified regularly. It's something that needs to be changed in NY.
That's right. Sanitation was the very 1st subject that was taught in Culinary College: Most ppl don't realize how important it is to wash their hands whether eating out; or, eating at their own homes. Bacteria is not a joke! Am I right?
