I'm 59-years-old and had never sent fancy sweets to anyone before. I telephoned the store on Calloway Drive, and was greeted by the wonderful manager, Nancy. She was professional and patient with me. Nancy worked with her staff to ensure that the mini-Birthday cake, balloon, and fancy chocolates I chose, were delivered to my fiancées' office, on that special day. Thanks to this top-notch business, my girl felt super special, and she shared the confectionery artwork with her coworkers, who were impressed with the quality and beauty of the Edible Arrangements!

Horrible service , very ghetto & rude . Paid $130 to get my mom a fruit bouquet delivered to her business today accidentally put residential instead of business , which it’s a daycare facility, I called and spoke to a boy & asked if he could change it , he said he was going to check & see if it’s really a business or not & before I could get another word out he put me on hold & left me on hold for over 6 minutes , so I hung up & called back & a women answered this time , I asked her to look the website up on google & you can see the business website & address, she said she looked the address up on google and it’s a residential address & I proceeded to tell her it is a business , the property is a daycare facility , there is a WEBSITE with the address & she proceeded to tell me that that’s not what google says & that the drivers left for delivery already which they supposedly leave at 11:30 , I was talking to her at 11:32 & that my order will be delivered between 2:00 & 5:00 . I told her the establishment closes at 5:00 & she again said I looked it up on google & it’s a residence . Very displeased , very unprofessional & very unhelpful. I honestly just want to cancel my order and go to the other location that is not so ghetto . But it’s my mistake , I should have checked the reviews first because their reviews are horrible & I now see why.

*Update- I saw this company's request to make things right below and emailed. They never responded to me. 😑 What an ugly experience. I just called, very excited, to order a gift to be delivered for my husband at work the Friday before Valentines day. I had never done this before and wanted to find out the logistics of when it would be delivered and if it was delivered after he got off work, what were our options...the whole idea of this is to surprise him at work. The employee on the phone spoke to me as though I was incompetent. She either did not know the answer to my questions or found my questions to be a waste of time. As I sought to clarify my question in a way that she could more effectively answer, she began to respond in a very aggressive tone. I was only looking for the assurance that if I spent $200 on a gift, that it would arrive where and when I needed it to go and if it didn't, I wanted to know how to get it to the recipient and what the delivery fees were. I hung up with unanswered questions feeling very belittled and harassed. I have decided to take my business to a company that teaches employees to treat their customers with kindness and respect. I'm back for an edit- I just called Tastries Bakery and although they sounded busy, they graciously answered my questions and shared they will lovingly bundle up my gift and deliver it where it needs to go before my husband gets off of work. My husband and I are very disappointed in what we received. He ordered me a bouquet of beautiful roses in a vase and a dozen of Chocolate covered strawberries today for Valentines day. What we received at the door was not a beautiful bouquet of roses in a vase, but roses wrapped in plastic. Actually, if we had purchased them off the road they would have been much more of a better quality. The roses were small and not at all like the photo on website. BEAWARE if you order online and see vase with Bouquet of Roses and chocolates price comes out to a total of $145.00, well apparently it doesn't come with vase. At the end there are pop ups and if you want vase it will be an additional cost. So it's not what you get looking at picture, well that's what they told my husband when he called. So he actually took Roses back and we had to keep strawberries. $60 for a dozen of Chocolate covered strawberries, also disappointed in these. This was the first and last ordering from here. Product definitely not worth money we paid for.
