Rooms were excellent and felt spacious. The king and pull out sofa bed were wonderful. The roll in shower was also a nice touch. I didn't request a handicap accessible room but as a bigger guy, I definitely appreciated it. I am thrilled that with this hotel in Bakersfield the thermostat went down to 70°. It may have gone lower but I did not check. I had a family with young children near me the first night and heard them being very loud, idk whether the walls were thin or they were just very loud; I'm thinking the latter. Didn't try the complimentary breakfast but there are several other dining options ranging from 300 feet away to 3 miles. Odds of finding front row parking are slim if you arrive between 5 and 10pm (at least for the weekend). I will stay there again and happily recommend it to friends and family.

Very clean room.Staff seemed to be attentive and care about the facility & guests.Didn't see any homeless hanging around(so sick of that). They do need to ensure ALL the cleaning staff are wearing uniforms. One guy kept going in and out of rooms collecting trash in street clothes- had to notify the front desk just in case.I would stay here again.

Great service from front desk/ bartenders /housekeepers / maintenance we're the kindest friendlies staff I've ever encountered. (Long dark hair girl and blonde head boy) forgot their names sorry! Those two litteraly had to do everything by themselves at night with no help it was amazing watching them run back and forth. I made sure to tip them and leave this review! Hope this helps! Clean room and lobby area! It's pet friendly with a fee. I enjoyed my stay!

Stayed here 2/2022 with my family. We reserved a high floor room but ended up on the first floor in a handicapped accessible room. The staff here was amazing and helped us out a few times. Like the time a homeless guy was trying to break into our room. Because of its proximity to the Kern river trail there seemed to be homeless people almost always around outside, and through the city. Be careful in the parking lots especially at night. Our accessible bathroom had a roll in shower, a hand nozzle as well as a wall shower head. It also has handles everywhere to help transfers and a shower bench that folded up. The bathroom vent did t so much so the mirrors were dogged after each shower. The toilet paper dispenser was loose and the main mirror gets hit by the faucet valve. The room featured two queen beds and a sofa bed allowing for 6 really friendly adults. The beds were comfortable, and quiet. We rarely heard any noises for guests or traffic. The room also had a power shade on the window and free wifi. The hotel itself is nicely appointed, there are a bunch of seating areas in the lounge and just outside, all external doors required a key card to enter except the main entrance. The lobby features a small bar with two TVs and plenty of seating. They have a pool that looked somewhat heated but I couldn’t convince my kids to test it in February for me, they also have a small gym and business center with computers and a printer. They have a nice Continental breakfast with cereal, scrambled (powdered) eggs, sausage or bacon and french toast sticks or biscuit and gravy. They also have oatmeal and fruit (bananas and oranges) there were also juices and milk.
