Food is usually very good. This time however the service was so slow it was almost non excistant. The appy came with the food after some 45 minutes. Drink order was wrong as well. When my food arrived it was badly under cooked. Had to flag down a waitress to take it back. Another 45 min wait before i was told kitchen had not redone the steak yet so i cancelled. Still no refills of our now empty glasses. Manager came over and explained the problem. I just said cancel as i had to get back to work. Manager did comp the appy removed my meal from the bill. Nice gesture but i left unfeed and had a 10 hour shift to go back to.

Was kind of disappointed with this particular Applebee's. The grilled chicken was dry and the mashed potatoes were the size of a small ice cream scoop. Seriously? The loaded waffle fries were drizzled in some sort of cheese sauce and barely any real cheese was melted on top. The cheese drizzle made the crispy fries soggy. We chose this place because the chain has a good reputation. Not happy with the food at this Woodland location. Won't be returning to this location.

The waiter was super dope. Very hospitable. However, the food was tasty yet felt like a snack with the amount on the plate. I understand there’s inflation but the amount of shrimp on my plate made it look like the establishment in deficit or what not. When we arrived initially the Mgr stepped in but even she was cool a tad passive aggressive. Just glad the waiter stepped in. I’m sorry I don’t recall your name but sir you really patched up the experience considering we showed up when there were hardly any patrons. Thank you again.
