Older theater.. nicely remodelled.remodeled.. but majority of the items in the concession stand were out of stock minus the popcorn.

Very cool theater with reclining seats. When buying online, you can reserve your seat. Also, you can get beer and enjoying while watching a movie. The top seats are less than ideal, so I would go for the middle section or even those seats in the lower section which are surprisingly well positioned.

Ruined experience. Twice did the audio cut from middle of the movie during climax of top gun!!! Their quality in showing movies have drastically went downhill. From picture quality to sound. Dim and dull.

Sometimes messy, not enough workers. No one was checking the movie. We had sound but no visual. Had to go out and ask for assistance several times. This place used to be awesome. Too bad

In the giant screen main theater they are recliners. It was very nice i liked them. Felt like it was pretty good deal.
No we are not. This theater is owned and operated by Cinema West.
No and I wouldn't recommend that you do. Theaters only really make their money through the sell of their snacks and drinks. So please help support your local theater and buy the snacks and drinks from the theater please.😊
Think its $12 or $13.
You are welcome to buy them in the theatre at the box office counter or at the self-serve kiosks. You can also buy them online through our website, our mobile app or through fandango.com.
If you are talking about the $1 kids movies, we are not doing them this year. Sorry.
Yes they are
There is a free city parking lot one block Southeast, across from the Ford dealer. Easy short walk to the theater.
Definitely not. It's far enough back plus the seats are recliners which put you in the perfect viewing position.
On the website, select STATE THEATRE, then select the THEATRE INFO tab, then click on CAREER OPPORTUNITIES tab.
It will open first on 9/17 at our Palladio 16 Cinema in Folsom. Then it will open on more screens, including here at the State Theater on 9/24.
Talk to the manager. They should get a refund.
- GENERAL ADMISSION $10.50 - MATINEE (shows starting before 6:00pm) $ 8.25 - CHILD (ages 11 and under) $ 8.25 - SENIOR (ages 62 and over) $ 8.25
On our website... cinemawest.com, or on our mobile app, or on Fandango.com
Unfortunately that is up to the Governor. We don't have any information yet as to when we will be able to reopen.
That my friend is a question for our Governor who seems to be delaying the reopening of all business in this state.
Yes
Not that I know.
Unfortunately, we didn't get either of these films :(
Like others have said, we don't post what we are getting until at least 2 weeks out from the upcoming Friday. Oct 11th has The Addams Family, Gemini Man, and Jexi to be released. We have no confirmations on any of these films. But I would wager we would get the first 2, if not all 3. Oct 18th has Jojo Rabbit, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, and Zombieland: Double Tap. We have both Maleficent and Zombieland confirmed, but not Jojo. I hope this helps, you can see all of our films titles that are confirmed and by tickets on our website cinemawest.com
The blank space is the projector. It is in a box on the ground, and yes it can obscure vision of those directly behind it. I would say people about 5'6" and shorter will have a problem. Every other seat behind it is unaffected.
Either 17 or you have to come with your parents

I think i saw a poster there...I'm not sure. .. call them direct...they are usually very nice.
Yes
If they were purchased through Fandango, you will have to get a refund through them. If you bought it through cinemawest.com you can get a refund at the box office. Both must happen before the time of the show.
It seems to be part of the cinema west network, so I'd say yes
You can make reservations online and the key will note which seats recline, so you can check if the showtime you want has reclining seats. The spots reserved for people with disabilities are usually empty spots for a wheel chair though.
I'm not sure. I'd recommend calling them to ask.
It should be continued through the end of December.
Theater 1. They put what's playing in there on the Marquee

A Great Place. They have wonderful PEOPLE !!!
Yes. Starting tomorrow, Friday, 5-25, this movie will be showing in auditorium 2 which is all recliner seats.
You can't. You can buy online or purchase them at the theater
Tax is included. Fandango adds $1.50 convenience fee or you can use Cinima West's site for a lesser fee. Both make it a great way to reserve good seats in advance, but don't save you much time as you still have to wait in the ticket line to show your reservation number. Definitely no additional tax though.
I find that the loudness enhances the experience and drowns out people talking in the movie.
$8 for children or seniors at any time and adult matinee any time before 6pm. $10.25 for adults after 6pm. Prices right on their website.
You can search up "State Theater and Multiplex" on Google to find out what movies are available today.
No, it's a theater not a restaurant
