We predominantly worked with Demitrius, who did such a fantastic job! We were blown away by how great everything turned out and cannot recommend them enough. 10/10

Shawn was amazing. Patient and professional. He found a neutral wire had somehow come loose in long run, that went to a hidden junction box, inside a solid ceiling. He put in the effort to find it and minimize the holes we had to put in the ceiling to get to it. He cleaned up his mess thoroughly and provided solutions to keep the boxes exposed for any future access needs. He was also understanding of some confusion that arose around pricing when we scheduled our initial call. He was willing to work with us to get it resolved without us ever feeling any person to person conflict or leaving us with any sort of lingering dissatisfaction. This was our first time using Eastland, and based on today's experience, we would use them again for sure.
